Meet Calida, our newest winter knit and quite possibly the cosiest fabric we have ever stocked.

This 280gsm chenille knit is a dream to sew and even more of a dream to wear. The velvety, sueded surface has a beautiful depth and warmth to it, and the soft hand feel is immediately apparent the moment you pick it up. At 96% polyester and 4% spandex, it delivers excellent stretch across the grain with solid recovery, so your makes hold their shape wash after wash.

Calida has a relaxed, casual character that lends itself beautifully to the kind of wardrobe pieces you reach for on repeat. Think oversized tops and sweatshirts, wide-leg pants, relaxed joggers, cosy lounge sets, and easy-wear dresses that feel like a hug. This is your go-to fabric for cool-weather day wear that is equal parts comfortable and put-together.

Presented in 10 curated winter colours, each shade has been selected to work with the rich, matte chenille texture, colours that feel as good as the fabric itself.
