At 190gsm, this printed cotton corduroy is a mid-weight fabric with a lovely soft drape. It has enough body to hold its shape, yet it remains comfortable and easy to wear, without the bulk of a traditional wide-wale cord. Being 100% cotton, it is breathable and becomes softer with every wash.
This fine wale corduroy fabric cuts cleanly and sews with ease. Perfect for pinafores, shirt dresses, A-line skirts, children's clothing, relaxed jackets and tote bags. It also pairs beautifully with Japanese cotton lawn and twill for a coordinated seasonal wardrobe.
