- Free shipping within Australia and New Zealand for orders over $175
- Australia (orders under $175): $10 standard / $20 express, 2-6 day standard or 1-3 day express delivery
- New Zealand (orders under $175): $20 standard / $35 express, 5-8 day standard or 2-5 day express delivery
- International shipping available to Asia & Pacific, US & Canada, UK, Europe, South Africa, and rest of world, with rates and delivery estimates varying by zone
- Click & Collect available for local customers, selectable at checkout
- Fabric swatches available for $3 (Australia/NZ) prior to purchase, useful for checking colour and weight before committing to an order
- Once fabric has been cut, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged for change of mind
- Pre-washing is recommended for fabrics intended to be machine washed once made up, due to possible shrinkage and dye transfer
